Creamy Dark Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

Do it step by step

PRE-HEAT THE OVEN

Set it to 180 degrees and cover the baking dish with greaseproof paper

MOUNT THE EGGS

Add a pinch of salt. When they rise in the middle add sugar and beat until you get a firm shake

MELT THE CHOCOLATE

You can do it in a bain-marie or in the microwave and move with the pastry tongue to avoid burning and distribute the heat well.

ADD THE ORGANIC OLIVE OIL IT CANETÀ

When it is melted add the oil of this variety. Using the pastry tongue, introduce the assembled eggs three times with enveloping movements and add the already sifted flour to the mixture

COOK FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES

You will know that it is already at its cooking point just when it starts to split on the sides and in the middle, it seems that it is still somewhat raw
